Timothy Jones
Chief Philanthropy Officer
Timothy brings more than 20 years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through strategic growth, institutional development and high-impact partnerships. In his role, he oversees donor engagement, fundraising campaigns and strategic partnerships to advance CAC programs.
Most recently, Timothy served as Director of Development at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business, supporting major gift strategy and contributing to a $50M+ advancement initiative. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Major Gifts & Individual Giving at Lawndale Christian Legal Center, where he managed a $6M portfolio and helped lead an $18M capital campaign. Known for his strong communication skills and collaborative leadership, Timothy builds cultures of philanthropy that drive sustainable growth and deepen community impact. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
